கொடியும் கொள்கையும்

1. வெண்மைப் புரட்சி : இது பரிபூரண மாற்றத்திற்கான மையக் கொள்கையின் அடையாளம். அனைவரையும் உள்ளடக்கிய கொள்கைகள் மற்றும் மின்-ஆளுமை (e-Governance), நீடித்த நிலையான முன்னேற்றம், அனைவரையும் உள்ளடக்கிய வளர்ச்சி, சம வாய்ப்புடன் கூடிய தரமான கல்வி, மருத்துவ வசதி மூலமாக ஒட்டுமொத்த வளர்ச்சியையும் சமுதாய அமைதியையும் ஒருசேர உருவாக்கும் தூய்மையான, வெளிப்படையான, மற்றும் துரிதமாக இயங்கக் கூடிய அரசாட்சியைக்காணும் நோக்கத்துடன் கொடியின் மைய நிலை வெள்ளை (White Revolution) வண்ணத்தில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.


2. நீலப் புரட்சி : தமிழ்நாட்டிலும், தென் மாநிலங்களிலும், அதைத்தொடர்ந்து நாடு முழுவதும், நதிகளை இணைத்தல், ஊரணிக்கு உயிர் கொடுத்தல், நீர்த்தேக்கம் உருவாக்குதல், மற்றும் அதி திறன் நீர்வழிச்சாலை அமைத்தல் ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கிய தண்ணீர்ப் புரட்சியை உருவாக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் கொடியின் முதல் நிலை நீல (Blue Revolution) வண்ணத்தில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.


3. பசுமைப் புரட்சி : அறிவியல் மற்றும் இயற்கை சார்ந்த வேளாண்மையைக் கண்டு, தொழில்துறை, வேளாண்மையும் வேளாண்பொருட்களும் சார்ந்த உற்பத்தித் துறை மற்றும் சேவைத் துறைகளை ஒருங்கிணைத்து, முறைப்படுத்திய பரிபூரண மாற்றத்தை வேளாண்மைப் பொருளாதாரத்தில் காணும் நோக்கத்துடன் இரண்டாம் பசுமைப் புரட்சிக்கான அடையாளமாகக் கொடியின் மூன்றாம் நிலை பச்சை (Green Revolution) வண்ணத்தில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தாயகத்தை தூய்மையாகவும், பசுமையாகவும் மாற்றும் தன்னிறைவு ஆற்றல் இலக்கு 2030 காணுதல். Dr. அப்துல் கலாம் தந்த உலக விண்வெளி இலக்கு 2050-ன் ஒரு அங்கமான விண்வெளி சூரிய சக்தித் திட்டத்தின் மூலமாக ஆற்றலை உற்பத்தி செய்யும் முதல் முயற்சிக்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுக்கப்படும். PURA (நகர்ப்புற வசதிகளைக் கிராமப்புறங்களுக்கு அளித்தல்) திட்டத்தின் மூலமாக கிராமப்புறங்களுக்கு நீடித்த நிலையான நிலையான வளர்ச்சி கண்டு, கிராமங்களைப் பலப்படுத்தி, பசுமைப் பொருளாதாரத்திற்கு வழிவகுக்கப்படும்.


1.White Revolution – Clean, transparent and accelerated Governance by enacting inclusive policies and implementing seamless e-governance system. Sustainable Development, Inclusive Growth, peace and prosperity are the hall mark of this revolution. Universal and affordable access to quality Education and Quality healthcare for all. This revolution will be the central axis policy for our transformation initiative.


2.Blue Revolution – Water Revolution by Interlinking of rivers, reviving water bodies, building check dams, and creating Smart Waterways GRID in Tamilnadu, Southern states and thereby the entire nation to harness the flood water into productive use to propel the irrigation, navigation, industrial water and drinking water.


3.Green Revolution – Second Green Revolution through scientific and organic farming and systemic transformation in an Agro – Economic Ecosystem synchronizing the Industry, manufacturing and service sector centered on Agriculture and Agro food processing. Implementation of Energy Independence vision 2030, which will make the nation clean and green. Also, we will work for harvesting energy from Space Solar Power mission as per the World Aero Space vision 2050 propounded by Dr Kalam. PURA (Providing Urban Amenities in Rural Areas) Mission for bringing sustainable development in rural areas, which will empower the villages and transform the village economy into a green economy.
